Training Course “Faciliteasy”

WHAT?

Faciliteasy is a seven-days training course on the topic of intro to facilitation - practising soft skills and attitudes useful when starting the advcenture of facilitation. During the training we plan to implement activities that will support beginners in getting into the world of facilitation, with the focus on non-formal and inclusive education.

WHO?

• Aged 18+ (no upper age limit)

• With at least intermediate level of English

• Actively involved in youth work (e.g. beginner youth workers, aspiring teachers/trainers, volunteers working with youth, or members of partner organizations planning to conduct their own workshops)

• Motivated and excited to learn

• Being present during all the parts of the project (preparation, activity, dissemination)

• Resident of Estonia

Osieck, Poland

There is a 20€ participation fee for the senging organisation. All the costs are covered by Erasmus+. Travel reimbursement is up to 289€ per person.
