Training course “Method Yourself!”
WHAT?
Participants will learn about and develop skills in non-formal teaching methods. We will start by quickly defining formal, non-formal, and informal methods and how they can be used together. Next, we'll explore specific methods such as teambuilding, energizers, debriefings, debate techniques, educational techniques, and gamification. We will examine the purpose, suitable contexts, risks, and leadership execution of each method. Most of the time will be spent on practical activities, designing and practicing these methods. By the end of the project, participants will create a portfolio with examples of different session types. Additionally, there will be opportunities for networking, sharing best practices, and engaging in intercultural activities and local excursions, including visits to a monastery, hiking, and a party day.

All the costs are covered by Erasmus+. Travel reimbursement is up to 360€ per person.
