WHAT?
This training course brings together 30 persons - aged between 18 and 30 - from Estonia, Poland, Portugal, Spain and the Netherlands. You will learn how to utilize visual art as a tool to raise awareness about current gender disparities. And you'll promote public discussion about the importance of equal authority for women and men in the workplace and other settings, and how to achieve it.

All the costs are covered by Erasmus+. Travel reimbursement is up to 275€ per person.
There is a 15€ participation fee for the sending organisation and 30€ for the hosting organisation which you need to pay in advance.
