Youth Exchange “Aurora Project”

WHAT?

The ‘Aurora Project’ was born from a series of projects focused on helping people to understand their emotions, to express them in an appropriate way and to offer a new perspective on different situations that can affect our mental health. This project seeks to present a new dawn in relation to the mental health of LGTBIQA+ people, as today there are still many prejudices and lack of information about it. To this end, photography and film will be used as a means to work on self-confidence and the management of emotions, as well as to give visibility to a reality that is seeking a new dawn.

WHO?

• Aged 18-30 (group leader has no upper age limit)

• Resident of Estonia

• 5 participants + 1 group leader

• Have a valid European Health Insurance Card

There is a 20€ participation fee for the sending organisation. All the costs are covered by Erasmus+. Travel reimbursement is up to 275€ per person.
