Youth Exchange “Handle with Care”
WHAT?
The Fondazione Teatro Civico of Schio is proud to invite you to the Youth Exchange Handle with Care within the framework of Erasmus+ Programme, aimed to sensitize young people to take care of people, environment and common goods through theatrical practice, body language, movement, dance and intergenerational encounters.
The foundation has been carrying out theater workshops for years for young people from the city's high schools involving around 150 girls and boys every year. Now we think it's time to open the doors of our theater to the creativity of young people who come from other places and are bearers of common values but experiences different from ours. Participants will acquire transversal skills such as the ability to adapt, to collaborate in groups, higher self-esteem and will understand better what "thinking out of the box" means.
WHO?
Aged 16-19 (group leader 23+)
5 participants + 1 group leader
Interested in theatre and taking care of their surroundings
You must have the European Health Card and a valid Covid19 certificate
WHEN & WHERE?
23nd to 31st of May 2022
Schio (Vicenza), Italy
APV for the group leaders is taking place from 6th to 8th of April. Applying as a group leader you should also be available to participate in the APV.
All the costs are covered by Erasmus+. Travel reimbursement is up to 275€ per person.
There is a 10€ participation fee for the sending organisation.
