Youth Exchange “HeArt: Healing with Art”

WHAT?

"HeArt: Healing with Art" is a Youth Exchange that was born from the idea of being able to address the issue of mental health from an art perspective. Through painting, dance, music, music, theatre and any other art form that arises, we will work on mental illnesses such as anxiety, depression, sleep disorder, eating disorder, sexual dysfunction etc.

WHO?

• Resident of Estonia

• Aged 18-30 (group leader 25+)

• 4 participants + 1 group leader

• motivated to participate in the project

Berlin, Germany

All the costs are covered by Erasmus+. Travel reimbursements is up to 275€ per person

There is a 25€ participation fee for the sending organisation.
