Youth Exchange “Mindful Connections”

WHAT?

‘Mindful Connections’ is a project that continues with the idea of working on the mental health of young people through photography, cinema and podcasts, focusing on this occasion on the theme of sex education and affective communication. Through different workshops and using mindfulness, photography, film and art in general, the aim is to work on the basic concepts of communication and sexual education, offering young people the necessary tools to work on different situations that can affect their mental health.

WHO?

• Aged 18-30 (group leader has no upper age limit)

• Resident of Estonia

• 5 participants + 1 group leader

• Have a valid European Health Insurance Card

Berlin, Germany

There is a 20€ participation fee for the sending organisation. All the costs are covered by Erasmus+. Travel reimbursement is up to 275€ per person.
