Youth Exchange “Regener-action”

WHAT?

This project focuses on the regeneration of our resources and energies. The current unsustainable high productivity levels in our society demand both individuals and nature to sustain productivity without factoring in the necessary time and resources for regeneration.

Therefore, during the youth exchange we intend to:

• Regenerate ourselves and take care of our mental health, creating awareness, finding ways to better manage our time, energies and personal strategies to regenerate (what works for me? How much time do I need in between chores?)

• increase the awareness on sustainable development

• acquire and share knowledge around what we can do as individuals in our daily lives in order to reduce our ecological footprint

Together we want to develop a collection of tools and good practices to use at home daily and to share with people and their own communities, once the project is finished.

WHO?

• Aged 20-27 (group leader has no upper age limit)

• Should be motivated by the theme of the project and eager to learn and share.

• 4 participants + 1 group leader

• Have a valid European Health Insurance Card

WHEN & WHERE?

There is a 20€ participation fee for the sending organisation. All the costs are covered by Erasmus+. Travel reimbursement is up to 275€ per person.
